2014 Nebbiolo, Alisos Vineyard 2015 Nebbiolo, Alisos Vineyard 2016 Nebbiolo, Alisos Vineyard All of our Nebbiolo is made with hand-harvested grapes gently destemmed into 1.5T open-top fermentation bins, where spontaneous fermentation occurs over about 20 days. The wine remains on the skins for an additional 10-20 days. It is then pressed into 600L barrels to age for 30-33 months.
