Bee Sweet Vineyard is located in western Edna Valley and has a small planting of Nebbiolo. I was fortunate to be in the right place at the right time and purchased a ton of the perfect looking fruit on September 14th. The must fermented without the addition of commercial yeast aided by gentle punchdowns twice a day. It spent 36 days on the skins before being pressed.
